Rosie HW has collaborated with Hunza G on a chic swimwear edit

Whether or not you have your finger on the fashion pulse, chances are you will more than likely recognise a Hunza G design. Originally established in the ‘80s, Hunza G became famous after being worn by Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman (yes, *that* cut-out mini dress) before the London-based brand was relaunched 30 years later in 2015 under a new creative director. It has since gone on to build a cult following and celebrity fanbase including the likes of Jessica Alba, Kim Kardashian, Emily Ratajkowski, and Hailey Bieber loving the iconic swimwear.

And you can add Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to that list too. The model and entrepreneur has long been a fan of the brand, with her summer swimwear selfies regularly featuring her in one of the brand's one-pieces. So it's no surprise then that Rosie has collaborated with Hunza G on an edit of swimwear.

Announcing the news on Instagram, the collaboration is in fact with Rosie's beauty brand Rose Inc. The limited edition, nine-piece collection consists of three new swimwear styles in three new pink, neutral and rich brown colorways inspired by Rose Inc product shades, from creamy blush to shimmer eyeshadows.

Just like all the brand's swimsuits and bikinis, Rosie's edit is made from the same sculpting seersucker fabric that is a collection signature. Hunza G is the original crinkle swimwear brand, after all. And each design conforms to the one size fits all mantra – well, fitting a UK size 6 to 16 – made possible by the figure-forming fabric that flexes to sculpt and support all shapes.

If you're wondering how exactly the collab came about, it turns out it's been a long time in the making. After posting pictures of herself wearing a stone-coloured Hunza G swimsuit while on holiday in Italy back in 2019, the style sold out almost instantly with the website crashing due to the resulting shopping frenzy. Both the Rose Inc and Hunza G Instagram accounts re-shared the throwback pic, captioning it "How it all began."

Right, we've got our SPF and beach changing robe all sorted. Now back to deciding which piece from the limited-edition collab we'll make ours and then we're officially ready for summer.
